Episode 4 - A Short Scary Story

Episode 4 has a sinister twist. When you’re driving alone at night, away from home, it’s best to know exactly where you are. This story begins on a brisk, winter day in the parking lot of a conference center. The last meeting let out a little early. Snow has collected on car roofs and windows. Take a look inside and you’ll find a real estate agent finishing up a tour with a potential owner. There are so many, strict homeowner’s association rules. Can they be broken without consequences? We learn exactly why these rules are set in place. Rules save lives.
