What would it look like to live a life free from pressure? In Today's episode I look at the role pressure plays in my life and how I am devoting the year of 2024 to completely following my heart. I know it sounds cliche to follow my heart, but the more I become an advocate for it, the more I see all the ways I have dishonored my heart. I also share how healing ancestral trauma sent me deep into the rabbit hole of self discovery and opened me up to a much more magickal dialogue with the universe. I LOVE YOU GUYS! Boundaries & Breakthroughs

Boundaries allow us to create structure in our life so we can get to know ourselves deeper. They encourage us to be our own advocate so we can show up to the world authentically with more to give and attract people/experiences that are aligned with who we are. In this episode I shared how I experienced a true breakthrough. The deepest healing comes from heading into the eye of the storm, standing face to face with the voice of unworthiness that says we are not good enough. I really took a look at my relationship to suffering and saw the role I played in choosing pain (turns out a small part of me was finding pleasure in my suffering. LET"S SHINE A LIGHT ON THAT!!!) Lastly, I invite you to tap into your body's intelligence system that will always reflect truth. So when your own biases cloud your judgment, your body's intelligence is a trusty ally that will help you navigate all of life's decisions.
