Throughout the week on the BBC Asian Network, you can hear Zayna Sheikh and Shehzaad Lohar alongside presenters Yasser, Noreen Khan and Harpz Kaur .Together they explore this momentous time of year for Muslims - from getting ready for the month and the self discipline required to going with sustenance from sunrise to sunset.
