Episode 2: Prom Talk

This episode is all about PROM! Prom is just around the corner and the ladies in my AP Lit class are excited! Find out what they are wearing, what they are looking forward to, whether they plan to go with friends or a date, and how they are going to get there.  We also talk about their biggest obstacles on the road to graduation, who their biggest cheerleaders have been, and what they wish everyone knew about our school. Episode 1: Sha-Queen

Sha-Queen is a senior who is making real moves towards big dreams. She is captain of the track team and has been a stand-out student since the day she walked into my classroom. She leads by example with grace and remarkable resiliency. In this episode, we talk about how she has been processing the death of a fellow student, how this tragedy has effected the student body,  why she is pursuing a law degree at an HBCU, and some of her biggest obstacles and inspirations on her journey towards graduation.
