In this episode we interview Julian Alvarez, the founder of Wisdolia who has built an AI note taking app for students that want to build flash cards faster. A critical question that founders face when iterating on their product is when its worth monetizing their product, and which features specifically are the most valuable to their users to start monetizing. We go into detail of Wisdolia’s product, the early days of the products evolution, and the techniques they used to rapidly detect product market fit with their userbase. This is one of the fastest launches out of the gate i’ve observed where users immediately started paying for a paid tier once it was released, and Julian shares some really insightful techniques that they used to rapidly understand their power users core problems.
