Welcome to the new, second season of Vent Away! In this episode, co-hosts Jan Lemar and Esmeralda delve into their personal lives as they navigate their final year of undergraduate studies. Since the last episode, they’ve dealt with new, real-life adult situations like getting jobs and volunteer positions for the very first time in their adolescent lives, gaining experience they’ll carry on in the future. They engage in a candid discussion about their relationships with family and friends, providing insight into their emotional well-being. Furthermore, they explore their future aspirations and the new challenges that await them after graduation.

Mental Health Awareness

May is National Mental Health Awareness Month. No matter where you are in your life, mental health is something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. This can affect anyone in the world, including you. In this episode, Lemar & Esmeralda tackle this topic, talking about how mental illnesses are often overlooked and disregarded even today. Even with their personal culture, often it is not acknowledged enough.
