I’m hurting, I’m swollen, and I’m down from walking right now because I fell and injured my left leg pretty badly. But I’m still showing up. I’m still moving. I’m still doing what I can. So today, we are shifting. ARMS IN MOTION LIVE with MoveLite™ starts at 12 PM CST. No equipment. No weights. Just your body weight. This is gentle movement for the arms, shoulders, upper body, and spirit. You can do what you can, pause when you need to, and move at your own pace. After completing her first full week of working out with Walk-A-Mile With Me LIVE on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, an unexpected fall on Sunday changed the plan. While walking down just two steps, her left knee gave out, causing swelling, pain, and the need to pause from walking. But the journey is not over. In this episode, Regina talks about honoring progress, listening to the body, adjusting movement, and refusing to let one setback erase the courage it took to begin.
