There is a state in Mexico where people consume on average 2.2 liters of Coca-Cola every day. It’s even been incorporated into certain religious rituals, and 3% of babies in Chiapas, Mexico, are given Coca-Cola. Consuming 2.2 liters of Coca-Cola a day is equivalent to consuming 208 grams of sugar or 52 tsp of sugar a day. In Chiapas, Mexico, heart disease is the #1 cause of death, and diabetes is the second highest cause of death. Coca-Cola contains fructose, which has a similar effect on the liver to consuming alcohol. It also has glucose, which will delete important nutrients and can lead to many different health issues. It’s not just sugar that you have to worry about—Coca-Cola also contains phosphoric acid. Phosphoric acid is very corrosive and can cause cavities, an increased risk for osteoporosis, and certain nutrient deficiencies. There is also a lot of caffeine in Coca-Cola, as well as coloring. The caramel coloring creates a certain compound, which is basically damaged protein. Damaged proteins are involved in many different chronic degenerative diseases. They Got ADHD Backwards — And I Can Prove It

ADHD is not genetic! In this video, we’ll examine the profound connection between ADHD and diet. Discover the foods that worsen ADHD symptoms, the relationship between ADHD and sugar intake, and the best ADHD diet to address the nutritional deficiencies that may be causing some of the symptoms in the first place. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: ADHD and poor nutrition 0:13 ADHD diagnosis and ADHD symptoms 1:54 Side effects of ADHD medications 2:04 ADHD causes 3:32 ADHD and food 4:24 ADHD and nutritional deficiencies 6:20 The best ADHD diet Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is typically diagnosed by identifying the following ADHD symptoms: •Makes mistakes easily •Lack of attention to detail •Does not listen when spoken to directly •Doesn’t complete tasks •Cannot play quietly •Problems organizing •Loses things •Frequent fidgeting •Too much energy •Talks too much Many ADHD symptoms are normal childhood behaviors, and a poor diet can exaggerate all of them. ADHD is often treated with Adderall and Ritalin, which make lots of money for Big Pharma. The definition of ADHD has been dramatically expanded to make it more diagnosable, putting more people on medication. A double-blinded study showed that after 36 months, any benefits from Adderall faded to zero. It also has side effects such as aggressive behavior or a dulled mood. ADHD involves a metabolic problem with the prefrontal cortex of the brain. These metabolic changes affect the way the brain metabolizes fuel. If the brain is starved of fuel, you may exhibit symptoms like a lack of attention and hyperactivity. Chemicals like food dyes, artificial sweeteners, sugar, starch, and MSG tremendously impact behavior. Increasing dopamine can improve focus and feelings of calmness. Foods such as meat, fish, eggs, and cheese are high in the amino acid L-tyrosine, the precursor to dopamine. Research has shown that micronutrients, especially B6, magnesium, and zinc, can significantly decrease ADHD symptoms. Omega-3 fatty acids and fish oils can also improve symptoms without side effects. Vitamin B1 is one of the most overlooked nutrients, especially in psychiatric conditions. When a child consumes a lot of glucose, vitamin B1 is depleted, inhibiting the brain’s ability to utilize fuel. If an adult or child is experiencing ADHD symptoms, they should switch to a low-carb diet so their body can run on ketones. Ketones will fuel the neurons and restore a sense of calmness and increased attention span. episode THIS Pill Leads to Dementia!!! artwork

THIS Pill Leads to Dementia!!!

Drug interactions can cause more complex side effects than the side effects of a single drug, and can even contribute to dementia. Join me as I interview Hal Cranmer, owner of several assisted living homes, and Dr. Roshani Sanghani, board-certified endocrinologist, to discuss the side effects of multiple medications. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Drugs that trigger dementia 1:51 Welcome, Hal Cranmer! 2:44 Hal’s dietary protocol 6:32 Adverse drug reactions 6:49 Welcome, Dr. Roshani Sanghani! 11:00 Common side effects of medication 12:37 What causes chronic disease? Assisted Living Home: https://aparadiseforparents.com/ Epocrates: https://www.epocrates.com/ Taking the following drugs for an extended period of time may potentially increase your risk for dementia. 1. Drugs that block acetylcholine This includes Benadryl, certain drugs for depression, and drugs that treat overactive bladder. 2. Benzodiazepine Drugs such as Valium and Xanax treat anxiety, insomnia, and seizures, affecting the central nervous system and brain. 3. PPIs Proton pump inhibitors, such as Prilosec and Nexium, that treat indigestion and heartburn may increase the risk of cognitive decline. 4. Opioids Morphine, oxycodone, and other opioids that sedate the brain significantly affect cognitive function and may lead to dementia. Hal Cranmer owns several assisted living homes and sees first-hand the consequences of giving someone several drugs at once. Many residents in assisted living homes are on 20 to 30 medications. In Hal’s facilities, he focuses on providing his residents with a healthy diet and eliminating sugar and ultra-processed foods. Many of Hal’s residents have been able to get off their medication. Multiple medications often involve multiple doctors with multiple viewpoints. Each doctor focuses only on specific parts and functions of the body rather than the body as a whole. Adverse drug reactions are unexpected side effects directly caused by drugs. Around 90% are underreported. Adverse drug reactions are responsible for 10% of all hospital visits and are the 4th leading cause of death. Dr. Roshani Sanghani, a board-certified endocrinologist, uses epocrates.com to help keep track of drug interactions. She points out the problem of specialists focusing on and prescribing treatment for one body part and not considering the patients’ other medications. The biggest contributor to chronic disease is diet. Medications are often prescribed to treat the symptoms caused by consuming ultra-processed foods. A healthy diet can turn this cycle around. CEASE Eating for 3 Days?! (72 Hours)

What happens to your body during a 3-day fast? In this video, we’ll cover the fasting health benefits of both intermittent fasting and extended fasting for 72 hours or longer. I’ll also share some expert fasting tips for even more fasting benefits. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Not eating for 3 days? 1:02 Intermittent fasting benefits 1:44 Extended fasting benefits 3:12 Autophagy and fasting 4:22 72-hour fast benefits 4:49 Immune benefits of extended fasting 5:36 Fasting tips 6:28 How to break a fast Did you know that insulin resistance is behind most chronic diseases, including many types of cancer? Frequent eating leads to insulin resistance, which blocks cells from getting fuel. Diets involving 5 to 6 small meals daily destroy the metabolism the most! An intermittent fasting plan involving 18 hours of fasting with a 6-hour eating window can provide tremendous health benefits, such as weight loss in the midsection, improved mood, and decreased inflammation. A 24 to 48-hour fast can significantly magnify the benefits of fasting. Extended fasting enables you to deplete the stored glycogen in your liver. You may also notice significant initial water weight loss. During a 1 to 2-day fast, most of your fuel will come from ketones. Your microbes will thrive, and growth hormone will increase, boosting muscle growth and burning fat. Ketones will feed the neurons in the brain, so you may notice improved cognitive function. Extended fasting allows you to get into a state of autophagy, where your body removes damaged cells and proteins and creates new ones. Autophagy also allows you to build new brain cells. A 3-day fast can produce even more benefits! Extended fasting for 72 hours can clean up intracellular pathogens, including Epstein-Barr and herpes viruses. A 3-day fast can stimulate your immune system, protecting you against cancer and autoimmune diseases. You can achieve results similar to stem cell therapy for free! If you’re unsure of how to fast and want to make the process as comfortable and beneficial as possible, try these fasting tips for the most fasting benefits: •Coffee and tea are okay during a water fast •Make sure you have enough sea salt •Consume electrolytes like potassium and magnesium Refeeding can have a negative impact after a 3-day fast. It’s best to rebuild your caloric intake slowly. Bone broth is a great option to break your fast. Teeth Whitening Indoors

For around $3.00, you can have white teeth naturally with this teeth whitening DIY recipe. In this video, I’ll show you how to whiten teeth at home using 2 ingredients. There is a safe and effective way to get white teeth at home! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: How to whiten teeth naturally 0:36 2 ingredients for teeth whitening at home 2:02 How to whiten your teeth at home 3:21 Oil pulling for white teeth 4:20 Sugar and vitamin C Could Heart Dysfunction Come from an Infected Tooth: ▶️    • Could Heart Dysfunction Come From an Infec... DATA: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles... You don’t need to go to the dentist or purchase whitening strips for white teeth. Baking soda is nonabrasive and can be used to gently scrub your teeth to remove stains and plaque. You can combine baking soda with 3% hydrogen peroxide to whiten teeth at home. Combine 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 3 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 8 drops of water. This mixture breaks the bonds of tooth stains, leaving you with whiter teeth. It’s also beneficial for eliminating bacteria and reducing plaque formation. Use a toothbrush to gently polish your teeth with this paste for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly when you’re finished. Do this 2 to 3 times per week for a few weeks for whiter teeth. Teeth whitening should be done gradually to avoid damaging the gums and tooth enamel. Oil pulling is an ancient practice that involves swishing oil in the mouth for 10 to 20 minutes. Coconut oil is great for oil pulling. It’s high in lauric acid, a potent anti-microbial that is effective against bacteria, fungus, and candida. It also helps with bad breath. Research has found oil pulling to be as effective as prescription mouthwash against gingivitis. Vitamin C and glucose compete in the body. Bleeding gums are often caused by low vitamin C. If you consume a lot of sugar, glucose will block your vitamin C, which will show up in your gums. The #1 Most EFFECTIVE Remedy in the World!

Add the best superfood for immunity to your diet today! Discover the countless health benefits of colostrum for your immune system, gut health, and more. Learn about the benefits of colostrum for adults and aging populations. It’s not just for babies! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: The best superfood for immunity 0:44 What is colostrum? 1:12 Colostrum benefits 3:33 Colostrum for adults 3:43 Colostrum and gut health 4:01 More colostrum uses 4:54 How to take colostrum Today, we’re going to talk about the many benefits of colostrum. Colostrum has potent antiviral, antitumor, and wound-healing properties. Colostrum milk acts as an immune system “download” passed from mother to baby after birth. If you weren’t breastfed as an infant, don’t worry! You can still take colostrum. Colostrum is produced in the first 24 to 72 hours after birth. It’s golden in color and rich in essential probiotics, including L. reuteri. It’s significantly more immune-building than regular milk and even contains stem cells. Colostrum also contains an important prebiotic called HMO (human milk oligosaccharides) that feeds the probiotics found in breast milk. Colostrum contains cholesterol and omega-3 fats, vital for brain health, and important hormones like oxytocin and cortisol. Many infants are fed infant formula, which is essentially ultra-processed food calories. Most infant formulas are made of low-quality ingredients such as maltodextrin and soy, and they lack the immune benefits and probiotics of breast milk. Children who were fed infant formula are more predisposed to allergies, asthma, skin problems, obesity, cognitive delays, and other health problems. If you didn’t get colostrum as a baby, there are still many benefits of colostrum for adults. You can take colostrum in supplement form. Colostrum is beneficial for gut health and can help fix a leaky gut or gut damage. It can help lower inflammation, increase good microbes, and decrease pathogens. Colostrum has powerful benefits for respiratory problems such as allergies and asthma. It can also help an overactive immune system and many autoimmune conditions. Colostrum helps support the thymus glands as you age and is very beneficial for age-related problems such as muscle loss, wrinkles, macular degeneration, and arthritis. It can even help with long COVID, Hashimoto’s, autism, and Lyme disease. Colostrum is heat-sensitive, so look for a freeze-dried supplement!
