Descripción

Blind. Chained. Led into a crowded temple by a child to be mocked for entertainment. Three thousand people on the roof alone. This is Samson at the absolute end of himself — the man called from eternity past, the man his mother carried under a Nazirite vow, reduced to a spectacle. And then he prays. For the first time in his entire recorded life, Samson prays with nothing in his hands. No riddle. No weapon. No performance. Just a blind man with his hands on two pillars. And two words. Remember me. He said please. He asked for something raw and imperfect and honestly a little selfish. And God answered it anyway. Because the God who wrote his assignment before the foundation of the world doesn't require us to clean up our prayers before He answers them. He just requires us to pray them. Today we close the week by asking the question that changes everything: why does Hebrews 11 — the Hall of Faith — still have Samson's name in it? And what does that mean for the person who feels like they've used up every second chance? The reach is enough. It always was. Ten times Better

Ten days. Vegetables and water. And at the end of it — ten times better in wisdom and understanding than everyone around them. That's not a wellness claim. That's scripture. Today Tracy looks at the Daniel Fast — one of the most documented health experiments in the Bible — and connects it to her own year of intermittent fasting and the moment that changed everything. She was sitting in the middle of a fast, mentally planning what she'd eat when it was over, when a thought stopped her cold: "Your discipline is not about what you do after. It's about what this journey is going to allow you to do well." What you deny yourself access to changes what has access to you. Daniel knew this. And ten days of discipline proved it. One scripture. One story. One thing to try today.
