It's built by doing one specific thing every single day for 90 days. They are operating inside a structure they built deliberately over time. And the structure does the heavy lifting that the willpower used to. It's proving to the deepest part of yourself that you can keep one promise to yourself every single day for a month. Without that proof, nothing else works. ▸ PHASE 2 (DAYS 31–60): STACK THE SECOND — This is where the real transformation begins. Most people drop the first discipline and replace it with a new one. The rare ones keep the first running and add a second on top. One discipline is a habit.
