After 22 years of being the sports media and entertainment business, John Barchard became increasing frustrated as he saw radio and TV going downhill in front of everyone's eyes, and no one wanted to do anything about it. In 2020, John went out on his own to find a better way of doing business in the sports media and with content creation. What he learned over the next 5 years is that it's not just TV or radio that is suffering from the same mindset of not moving forward, it was EVERYONE. Movies, music, bars, venues, restaurants, beverage companies, content creators, influencers, marketing agencies and so many more industries. This podcast is dedicated to having conversation with people who feel that they don't have any answers on how to grow their business or their art/content. John wants to provide as MUCH information about the new climate for getting paid as an artist, small business, or content creator in 2025.
