Black Seed - A Listening Room
In this transmission, we explore what to return to when something gets stirred in you, especially in the midst of conflict. There might be a quick reaction. A tightening in the body. A pull to defend or to fix. In those moments, the nervous system moves to protect. Not always because something is wrong, but because something feels unfamiliar. Instead of following the reaction, if it feels available, we practice returning. Back to the body. To the breath. To the present moment. We practice pausing, feeling, and staying, just a moment longer. And from there, we learn to choose a different response. --- As you listen, I invite you to notice what is alive within you. Here we tend to the soil of your soul so the seeds you plant can take root.
