But I’ll Take a Pinot Grigio
Today we’re getting to dish on our new favorite show in its 23rd season, Top Chef! They are headed to the Carolinas this year and we will be watching and talking all about it. Jeff (our resident hospitality expert) finally gets to discuss some food and Sundi (with her Professor of Pop Culture POV) gives her ever evolving thoughts on what a chef exactly is. Hope you can join! Top Chef is leaving South Carolina and headed back to Charlotte, after a very quick but entertaining pit stop in beautiful Asheville. The cheftestants put on a for real Appalachian party for 200 this week, in the woods and under the microscope of some serious nitpicky judges. TC alum Asheligh Shanti makes an appearance and we honor the unity and culinary scene and how it can bring a comunity together. The charities they helped were Belove Asheville and Manna Food Bank in Asheville. And always World Central Kitchen is great to donate to, if you'd like to help any of these charities please follow these: Manna Food Bank: Belove Asheville World Central Kitchen Things get a little explosive at the end in a new way but nothing we can't handle so stick around and follow along with us, we're great! The Pinot Pod has left London and is heading to the city. Emilie will now be applying her expertise to these young, beautiful NYC dwellers as we discuss “in The City” the spin off of the much debated Summer House. Find us for vintage VPR on Wednesdays and Fridays. Watch, listen, and find visual aids and poor decisions at @takeapinotpod on Instagram and on YouTube. Questions, complaints, and hot takes go to sundi@pinotpod.com. And please leave a review so more people can suffer through this with us.
