Welcome to Consciousness Incorporated. We talk about business strategy that is tabu, which is how capitalism can transform itself to save economies rather than make economies subject to exploitation and greed. How? By committing to consciousness. Not just shareholder capitalism, but by the infusion of Universal truths in how they made decisions, such as the role of vibration, the law of attraction, abundance vs scarcity thinking, and fear and negativity as mind-states that become pillars of organizational behavior.
Who are we? Adam Vasquez and Denise Kohnke. We are successful business futurists with decades of experience in creating trends, launching successful brands, and building business. We have experience with international brands and small to medium businesses. We are both authors about business and strategy, and creating markets.
Who are we beyond what we do for a living? We are people who unabashedly talk about our beliefs and the possibilities that most people have never heard of. If they align with our beliefs, often they tell NO ONE. There is a stigma associated with our beliefs. We are not high, nor are we delusional, and we do not belong to cults. We just live our lives fueled by the white hot energy of the Universe. In fact, we are both all in, double downed, and surrendered.
And one of us is from the planet Mintaka.
What is interesting to us is how principles of the Universe are not integrated in what MBA programs and business books teach as doctrine. Even if you “take out” the infrastructure of consciousness, our experience working with hundreds of clients through the years tells us that very few will change what is clearly not working, or, will incorporate a strategy that will lead to compounding results simply because it's not traditional. Meanwhile, society is changing rapidly, and the doctrines many businesses hold onto don't work anymore.
The people who do not change how business is done also do not change the world for the better.
