In today, we reflect on my favorite tools & tips of shifting my mindset when I notice that I am going into lower frequencies or beginning a negative narrative that are only going to continue to have me spiral. 37. Awareness of Thoughts (Monday)

Good morning and happy Monday, happy Moon Day! Mondays are connected to the Moon and are the perfect day for contemplation, intention setting, and beginning the week with a slow and soft energy.  In today, we begin to build awareness of where we want to set our intention around the thoughts that we play in our heads. Are they positive? Negative? Worrisome? Judgmental? With this information, I encourage you to set your intention based on what you want to do about this. Do you want to encourage less worrisome thinking? Do you want to shift your thoughts patterns?
