Justin Sheets is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, former law enforcement officer, entrepreneur, husband, and father who now owns and operates 911 Driving School Westminster. With a career that included protection and investigative assignments around the world, Justin eventually transitioned from public safety into business ownership while continuing his passion for serving the community.   At 911 Driving School Westminster, Justin has built a driver education program focused on safety, accountability, and real-world instruction taught exclusively by police officers and firefighters. His school has been repeatedly recognized throughout the community, including nominations for Westminster Small Business of the Year in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, recognition as the Best of the Best Westminster in the overall school category by Colorado Community Media, and Top 3 Driving School honors from Best of Mile High multiple years running.  Justin was also the first to win the Westy Achiever award by the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and was a WarriorSabre award recipient in 2024 for his continued service to his community.     Justin remains committed to helping teens and adults become safer, smarter, and more confident drivers throughout the Denver metro area. Scott Hughes is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He is known for emphasizing that you don’t need to be a million-dollar business to be sued like one, so make sure you have the right insurance to protect yourself.   Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Scott relocated to Colorado after graduating from the University of Iowa in 2004. He began his career in banking and advertising while earning his Master of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver. In 2009, he transitioned into the insurance industry by joining DLP Insurance, which later became Conexus Insurance Partners.   Scott lives in Westminster with his wife, Evie, whom he married in 2015, the same year they moved from Lakewood. They have two children and a mini labradoodle who keeps the household lively. Pat Farrell: Shacklee Independent Distributor

Looking back on 60 years, Pat Farrell feels a profound sense of gratitude. Although she wasn’t seeking a business opportunity, Shaklee found her. At age 26, she often struggled with low energy while raising two toddlers, and she dealt with persistent rashes on her hands unless she wore plastic gloves for any cleaning task. She was introduced to Shaklee’s Basic H organic cleaning product, which resolved those issues. Later, after incorporating the company’s multivitamins and protein into her routine, her energy improved significantly. She also discovered the value of combining a home-based business with full-time motherhood. She and her husband, Pat, built the business together alongside his automotive ventures, while raising four children, managing school and soccer activities, and even overseeing a small Drum & Bugle Corps for about 10 years. Ryan is a seasoned nonprofit executive with nearly two decades of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and advancing organizational impact. Most recently Interim President and CEO at Morris Animal Foundation, Ryan has led strategic direction and operations in support of groundbreaking animal health research. He previously served as Chief Development Officer at the Foundation, increasing revenue by 70% and building innovative donor engagement programs. His earlier roles at Rocky Mountain Public Media and The Coca-Cola Company sharpened his expertise in strategy, fundraising, and marketing. At Rocky Mountain Public Media, Ryan successfully led a multi-year, $34 million capital campaign to build a new media center in downtown Denver, experience that aligns powerfully with Butterfly Pavilion’s vision to establish a future global hub for invertebrate research, conservation, and education. Ryan serves on Colorado State University’s Community Impact Committee for the Veterinary Health System and holds a journalism degree from the University of Kansas.
