I talk about the balance between self-preservation and vulnerability, and how past experiences can make it feel safer to hold parts of yourself back. But if I truly desire love, I’m realizing I have to allow myself to be seen… even when it feels uncomfortable. I also open up about having ADHD and experiencing rejection sensitivity, and how that adds another layer to the fear of being fully known and possibly judged.
