In this episode, I’m talking about something so many women experience....sleep changing as we age. Waking up in the middle of the night. Waking up earlier than you want to. And feeling like it’s a problem that needs to be fixed. What I want to offer is that the way you’re thinking about your sleep might be making the sleeping problem worse, AND your missing out on some possible magic. I share a different way to approach those moments, one that creates more calm, more ease, and less frustration. And I also introduce the idea that those early wake-ups might not be something to fight… but something you can actually use.
