My guest today is Dan Forward, who has been the co-directorof Jamaica Pond Parkrun [https://www.parkrun.us/jamaicapond/] since 2018. Parkrun is a free, 5K community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. Dan began running in 2011 during law school and is now a multiple-time Boston Marathoner with a personalbest of 2:43. He lives in Jamaica Plain with his wife, Sara, and their dog.
