Rise and Rouse
Every problem, before it’s solved with a solution, must be met with a question. Why is this happening? An organization is no different, and when things aren’t running smoothly, it’s time to pause, observe, and problem solve. On today’s solo episode, I pull back the curtain to reveal the behind the scenes work the goes on when I’m called in to help an organization root out dysfunction. This could be anything from workflow issues to overarching culture issues (more on why this is usually a bit of a misdiagnosis later). Knowing what to look for and how to address it is a crucial skill for allowing a team to operate effectively. So take a listen to learn how you can become a keen observer and efficient problem solver within your own organization.
