Louis Garner: Coach and Community Builder | Sparetime Chats #2

The Sanctuary Bristol is one of my favourite projects. I deeply respect the drive and team behind the project. One that has stayed true to its founding ethos and is still positively impacting the community. Louis is a coach, mentor, community leader and founder. His gratitude for nature greatly influences his coaching philosophy and methods. His approach aims to re-establish the innate connection between humans and nature whilst maintaining a compassionate relationship with oneself and their communities.
