Tahira Joy believes that there’s power in the pivot. After an illustrious career in music PR, Tahira turned on her heels to become a successful influencer, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of The Cut Life, a digital platform celebrating the short hair lifestyle. Knowing something was missing in her PR career, Tahira saw that there was also something missing in the influencer space - there was no representation for short-haired Black women. She stepped in to fill that gap, grew her Instagram account, and officially left her PR job the following year. Tahira has worked with Ludacris to promote his LudaDay Weekend concert events.
