In the Logan talks about her experience with Vanderbilt has been like so far, playing in the AAC, and what it was like playing lacrosse growing up in Texas. More about Logan: This season Logan at the time of this recording Logan has 3 goals, 4 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers, and 4 draw controls. In her lacrosse career before college Logan Won the state championship in 2019 while earning the MVP award, was an All-state and all-district honors and was her school’s 2021-22 Varsity Athlete of the Year, Logan was also a Two-time Under Armor Southwest Command Team. On today’s episode I am joined by Grad Student on the East Carolina Women’s Lacrosse team Caroline Kimel. In this episode we discuss her career with East Carolina, growing up in North Carolina, and her relationship with her Mom Kerstin Kimel the head coach for Duke Women’s Lacrosse. More about Caroline: In her lacrosse career Caroline was a First-Team All-AAC honoree, an IWLCA All-Region honoree, Named to the AAC All-Academic Team, and broke a Program record with 71 points and 42 goals last season. Before college Caroline was both the State Championship MVP and Team MVP, She also earned the NCHSSAA Sportsmanship Award as well as being named Cap 7 All-Conference and HSOT All-East Team after her senior season.
