Hello and welcome to Episode 4 of the Foundations of the Ascended Master Path. In our last episode, we asked whether Jesus is the only Christ — and we saw that he came not to exclude humanity from divine sonship, but to demonstrate it. So, today the question becomes practical: If the Christ lives within me, how do I awaken it? Many Christians struggle here. They believe Jesus was divine — but they quietly assume they could never be like him. But that is not what Jesus said. He said: “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” So, think about that. Greater works. If someone said that today and it were not recorded in Scripture, many would call it blasphemy. But Jesus said it. How is that possible? The Ascended Master understanding is very simple and very powerful: We do greater works because we become one with him — and he overshadows and empowers us. Remember, there is only one Son of God, one Christ. The Christ in you is the same Christ in Christ Jesus. When we call for our souls to be one with Jesus, one with our Holy Christ Self, and one with God, there is a multiplication of empowerment. Jesus is not replaced. Rather Christ is magnified through us. What Jesus accomplished is lawful for us to accomplish. He demonstrated it publicly so that we would know it is possible. Let me give you a very human example. There was a story of a mother at home with her children. Suddenly her toddler collapsed. The child’s lips were turning blue from lack of oxygen. Panicked, the mother ran into the hallway crying out for help. No one answered. And then something shifted. A deep calm settled over her. Instead of hysteria, clarity came. She remembered her training. She laid the child down and began mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Later she described the moment by saying, “It was almost like I stepped outside myself. Something took over.” That night, when everything was calm again, her older daughter quietly asked, “Mommy, who was the man with his hand on your shoulder?” The mother hadn’t seen anyone. But the child had. Now whether that presence was her Holy Christ Self or an Ascended Master or an angel assisting, the point is this: In a moment of crisis, when fear could have taken control, harmony opened the door to overshadowing. The Christ Mind took over and that is what Jesus meant. The “greater works” do not come from the carnal mind. They come from alignment with the Christ Mind. Archangel Jophiel teaches that if we want to truly be in control of our lives, we must access the Christ Mind — because the human mind simply does not have all the answers. In fact, it actually can be confusing us. So how do we maintain that contact? Here is the key: Harmony. Your Holy Christ Self does not dwell in discord. When you are angry, argumentative, resentful, or vibrating in chaos, you move out of alignment. The Christ Self appears to withdraw. But in reality, you moved away from that divine self by your out of alignment state. Light cannot fully anchor in disharmony. And the moment you reestablish harmony and move back into alignment, contact can be restored. This is where the violet flame becomes practical. When you feel yourself in reaction, in irritation, or in fear — stop. Call for the violet flame and ask that the misqualified energy be transmuted. Declare your wholeness and harmony once again and repeat this mantra: “I AM a being of violet fire, I AM the purity God desires.” You can repeat this mantra once or multiple times, focusing totally on the violet fire, the violet color surrounding you and transmuting any and all energies in your aura that are less than that Christ. You can repeat it verbally, which is preferable and more powerful, or mentally if you are in a situation where you cannot verbally repeat it. And as harmony returns, your Christ Self draws near again. Is there a key to maintaining harmony? Yes, Love is the key. Send love to the people you pass on the street. That’s a great experiment. Give it a try. Send love to the person who disagrees with you. Do not argue unnecessarily. Because every argument strengthens the lower vibration. Peace strengthens alignment. You are not asked to be weak. You are asked to be congruent. Speak as you believe Christ would speak — with love, but with firmness when necessary, and with mercy when it’s due. Think as Christ would think. Act as Christ would act. And gradually something remarkable happens: The mind of God begins to synchronize with your mind. This is not mystical fantasy. It is disciplined imitation of Christ. This is why the path is sometimes called the “Imitation of Christ.” Not imitation in pretense — but imitation in vibration. The more you align your thoughts, words, and actions with the Christic pattern, the more the overshadowing becomes natural. And suddenly you realize: You’re calmer under pressure. You’re clearer in crisis. You’re kinder under provocation, and stronger but without aggression. This is how the Christ awakens. Not through spectacle. But through consistency. You do not leave your life. You transform it. And you begin to understand something profound: The Christ within you has always been ready. It was waiting for your cooperation. In our next episode, we’ll explore another important layer: What is the relationship between the Christ Self and the I AM Presence, and what are the components of your Divine identity? Until then, remember this: You are not trying to become divine. OneYou are learning to live from the divinity that is already within you. episode The Human Habit artwork

The Human Habit

“We should not try to solve our problems in the midst of our problems.” Most human beings underestimate the power of habit. We think of habits only as behaviors: * eating habits, * sleeping habits, * spending habits, * emotional habits. But consciousness itself develops habits. People develop habitual ways of thinking. Habitual reactions. Habitual fears. Habitual emotional atmospheres. Habitual interpretations of reality. And after years of repetition, these patterns begin feeling normal. A person can become so accustomed to anxiety that peace feels unfamiliar. So accustomed to criticism that kindness feels suspicious. So accustomed to struggle that ease feels unsafe. The mind builds emotional gravity. This is why transformation requires more than temporary inspiration. It requires displacement. Sometimes people try healing while remaining fully immersed in the same emotional environments, same destructive thought patterns, same unconscious reactions, and same internal narratives. But consciousness changes most powerfully when we step into a different atmosphere. The spiritual path is not merely about fighting darkness. It is about learning how to enter higher states of being. One loving thought can interrupt an old cycle. One moment of awareness can break unconscious repetition. One courageous decision can shift an entire future. The problem is not that human beings lack divine potential. The problem is that many people live inside force fields created by years of unconscious repetition. Fear repeated becomes identity. Negativity repeated becomes personality. Limitation repeated becomes expectation. But none of these are permanent. The soul is not imprisoned by habit forever. One of the deepest realizations on the spiritual path is this: You are not required to remain the person your past conditioned you to become. That realization is revolutionary. Transformation begins when we stop endlessly circling the same emotional territory. Sometimes growth requires stepping away. Stepping upward. Stepping inward. Stepping into new thought. New environments. New responses. New possibilities. The mind cannot always heal itself while trapped inside the same unconscious atmosphere that created the suffering. This is why stillness matters. Why prayer matters. Why beauty matters. Why contemplation matters. Why conscious community matters. Every elevated moment weakens the gravity of unconscious habit. And gradually, a new center begins forming. Today, ask yourself honestly: “What emotional atmosphere have I become accustomed to living inside?” And then ask: “What would happen if I allowed myself to step into something higher?” Transformation begins there. 1. episode Greeting the Christ artwork

Greeting the Christ

“The Christ is waiting to be recognized.” One of the great tragedies of human life is how easily we stop truly seeing one another. We see roles. We see labels. We see politics. We see personality. We see appearance. We see wounds. We see behavior. But rarely do we pause long enough to perceive the sacred reality hidden beneath the surface. The ancient spiritual teachings suggest something extraordinary: Every human being carries a divine essence struggling to emerge. This does not mean every action is divine. Clearly human beings can act unconsciously, cruelly, selfishly, or destructively. But beneath the confusion of the personality there remains a deeper identity. A higher possibility. A spark of sacred life. The spiritual path is not only about discovering light within ourselves. It is also about learning to recognize it in others. This changes relationships completely. When we begin viewing people only through the lens of their wounds, conflicts quickly intensify. But when we remember that every person is more than their current level of awareness, compassion becomes possible. This does not mean abandoning discernment. It does not mean tolerating abuse. It does not mean pretending harmful behavior is acceptable. It means refusing to reduce another soul to their lowest moment. The Christ consciousness spoken of in the great mystical traditions is not merely about worship. It is about recognition. Recognition of the sacred potential living within humanity. This recognition transforms the way we listen. The way we speak. The way we forgive. The way we serve. The way we move through the world. When we truly see the divine in another person, even briefly, something changes inside us. Judgment softens. Fear loosens. Love becomes possible. Perhaps this is why compassion feels so powerful. Compassion temporarily lifts us beyond the illusion of separation. And perhaps this is why cruelty damages the soul. Because cruelty requires forgetting the sacredness of life. The spiritual journey is not merely personal. It is relational. We awaken together. We heal together. We strengthen one another. Every act of kindness becomes an acknowledgment: “I see more in you than fear sees.” Today, try moving through the world differently. Look beyond surfaces. Look beyond irritation. Look beyond division. And quietly ask: “What if there is something holy trying to emerge through every soul I encounter?” That single shift in perception can begin changing not only relationships… but consciousness itself. Together, we can help expand messages of spiritual freedom, personal transformation, and inner awakening for future generations. episode Will You Allow? artwork

Will You Allow?

“Will you allow?” There is a profound difference between wanting transformation and allowing transformation. Many people desperately want peace. But inwardly resist stillness. Many people want healing. But resist vulnerability. Many people want guidance. But resist surrender. The soul longs for expansion, yet the personality often clings to control. This inner tension shapes much of human suffering. We try to force life. Force outcomes. Force healing. Force clarity. Yet some of the deepest spiritual changes occur not through force, but through openness. The universe moves differently than the anxious human mind. The mind often believes: “If I control everything tightly enough, I will finally feel safe.” But true safety is not born from control. It is born from alignment. Alignment requires receptivity. This is why the spiritual path repeatedly returns to one essential question: Will you allow? Will you allow peace to enter places long governed by fear? Will you allow forgiveness where resentment has become habit? Will you allow love where self-protection has become identity? Will you allow new possibilities where limitation has become familiar? Many people unknowingly resist the very light trying to help them. Not because they are bad. Not because they are weak. But because human beings often build entire identities around emotional survival. We become attached to patterns because patterns feel predictable. Yet the soul was not created merely to survive. It was created to awaken. Allowing does not mean passivity. It means cooperation. It means becoming willing to move with higher truth rather than constantly fighting against it. This is deeply challenging because it requires trust. And trust cannot fully grow while fear remains the primary authority in our lives. But every moment of openness weakens fear. Every moment of surrender softens resistance. Every moment of willingness creates space for grace. The beautiful thing is that transformation rarely arrives all at once. Usually it begins with small openings. A new thought. A softened reaction. A willingness to pause. A moment of forgiveness. A deeper breath. A quiet prayer. The soul opens gradually, like dawn. Today, instead of trying to force your life into certainty, ask gently: “What am I being invited to allow?” That question alone may begin opening doors long closed within you. At a time when so many people are searching for meaning, we remain committed to sharing practical spirituality, hope, and higher consciousness for everyday life. episode Why Am I Not Ready artwork

Why Am I Not Ready

“Sometimes we resist the very help we pray for.” One of the strangest truths about human beings is that we often fear the very transformation we say we desire. We ask for healing, yet resist change. We ask for freedom, yet cling to familiar suffering. We ask for purpose, yet hesitate when life invites us forward. Why? Because transformation threatens the identity we have grown accustomed to carrying. Even painful identities can become comfortable. People become attached to familiar emotional patterns. Attached to old stories. Attached to predictable limitations. Attached even to suffering itself. Not consciously. But psychologically. Emotionally. Energetically. Growth requires leaving known territory. And the human personality often interprets the unknown as danger. This is why many spiritual seekers experience an invisible inner conflict. Part of the soul longs to awaken. Another part fears what awakening may require. True transformation changes relationships. It changes habits. It changes priorities. It changes identity. It changes the stories we tell ourselves. And sometimes the personality quietly whispers: “What if I lose myself?” But the deeper truth is this: You are not losing yourself. You are losing what you were never meant to remain. The soul does not fear expansion. Only the conditioned self fears expansion. Many people imagine spiritual awakening as a sudden mystical event. But often awakening begins much more humbly. It begins with honesty. Honesty about: * where fear controls us, * where resentment imprisons us, * where insecurity shapes our decisions, * and where we continue shrinking from our own potential. This honesty is not condemnation. It is liberation. Because what can finally be seen can finally begin changing. The beautiful thing about spiritual growth is that the divine never demands perfection before helping us. Help begins the moment willingness appears. Even a small opening matters. Even imperfect sincerity matters. Even trembling courage matters. The soul does not need certainty to begin. It only needs willingness. Today, consider this gently: What if the greatest obstacle in your life is not lack of help… …but resistance to becoming who you truly are? And what if, beneath that resistance, there already exists enough light to begin again? episode The Teaching Must Work in Your Life artwork

The Teaching Must Work in Your Life

“The teaching is not right unless it’s right for you.” There comes a moment on every spiritual path when borrowed beliefs stop being enough. At first, we often search for answers outside ourselves. We read books. We listen to teachers. We gather ideas. We absorb philosophies. And there is value in all of that. But eventually something deeper begins awakening. We realize that repeating spiritual words is not the same as transformation. It is possible to speak beautifully about peace while living in constant anxiety. It is possible to discuss love while remaining emotionally closed. It is possible to study spiritual teachings for years while never allowing them to truly change the way we live. The soul longs for more than information. It longs for embodiment. True spirituality must become experiential. Not theory. Not performance. Not borrowed language. Living reality. This is why authentic spiritual growth often becomes uncomfortable. Because real transformation asks us to test what we claim to believe. Do we truly believe in forgiveness? Then life will eventually ask us to forgive. Do we truly believe in compassion? Then life will eventually place suffering before us. Do we truly believe in divine guidance? Then life will eventually ask us to walk forward before certainty appears. Belief becomes real only when it enters lived experience. This is one of the reasons many people become disillusioned with religion or spirituality. Not because truth is false, but because too much spirituality remains external. People are often taught what to believe before they are taught how to experience. But the soul does not awaken through intellectual agreement alone. It awakens through encounter. Through moments where: * peace unexpectedly appears, * guidance becomes undeniable, * forgiveness softens the heart, * courage rises in impossible situations, * or love transforms what fear once controlled. These moments become anchors. Not because someone told us truth exists. But because we touched it ourselves. This is why personal experience matters. No teacher can live your transformation for you. No philosophy can replace inner realization. No system can substitute for conscious participation. At some point every soul must ask: “Does this truth actually change the way I live?” If it does not deepen compassion, increase awareness, strengthen integrity, expand love, and awaken peace, then it has not yet become fully alive within us. Real spiritual growth is not measured by how much we know. It is measured by how deeply truth has entered our being. Today, instead of asking what you believe intellectually, ask: “What truths have I actually begun living?” That question can open the door to authentic transformation. Spiritual transformation begins with small daily choices. Our 33-Day Fundraiser supports media, teachings, and outreach dedicated to helping people reconnect with the light within.
