7 - My Fiancé, Navy SEAL Stew Smith, Soulja Boy, and BRAVO (All about creating content.)

Today my fiancé, Malery, called me with a cool coincidence involving one of my mentors, Navy SEAL Stew Smith. At work Malery had started listening to a podcast called, Covert, and thought, “I should message this to Marshall, it sounds like the feel he uses for The Agency.” So she shared it to me through text, but I didn't see the text since I was trying to get out daughter Malia down for a nap. Then she calls me a second later because a mentor of mine, Navy SEAL Stew Smith, came onto the show to give insight into how special operations operate in airplane hijacking situations. 6 - New Baby New Format

Our baby daughter Malia was born 12 weeks ago. Since then I took time off from this podcast to focus solely on Malery and Malia.  It allowed me  to think of how to best structure my business in a way that flows with Malia's schedule. In essence, she's the new producer of this podcast, and I think I'll enjoy the format better as well. In this episode I explain my ideas around a new format. Nothing drastic, but it will be a shift.
