The form was not prescribed by the MN State Execs, was not uniform with other counties in MN, and contained an illegal pledge. 7. March 5, 2024, former MNGOP Chair David Hann calls OTC Caucus null & void, cancels annual BPOU Convention, and declares that 2022 CD7/State delegates will go forward at all 2024 Conventions. 8. April 2024, the two MN State representatives, who represent OTC, wrote a letter strongly condemning the actions of the OTC BPOU Executives 9. April 2024, Governance of OTC BPOU calls mandatory annual Convention; elected 10 district chairs and 37 CD7/state delegates 10. October 8, 2024, Former MNGOP Chair Hann's lawyer sends out a cease-and-desist letter to 5 of the district chairs. 11. December 30, 2024, OTC Executive Committee sends letter to former MNGOP Chair asking him not to recertify OTC BPOU. 12. March 22, 2025, OTC, CD7 & MN Executive Committees call the 2025 OTC Convention. 37 delegates & 23 alternates elected to attend the 2025 CD7 Convention. 13. March 24, 2025, CD7 Executive Committee votes not to seat the newly elected OTC delegation at the upcoming CD7 Convention. 14. March 26, 2025, MN State Executive Committee concur with the CD7 decision to once again disenfranchise the OTC Conservative Republicans.
