All the ways of dealing with anxious thoughts

I asked for a few suggestions for podcast topics over on Instagram and overwhelmingly the strongest theme was "dealing with anxious thoughts" so here's my crack at summarising all of the ways I know of to do just that. Which ones work best for you? Thank you for listening. Expressing and holding boundaries

Expressing and holding boundaries can be tricky sometimes. That might be because you don't feel like you have the right words to use, it might be because you are uncomfortable with conflict or don't know what to do if someone pushes back, or it might even be that ultimately, you don't know what you really want or perhaps don't feel like you have the right to ask for it or to have it. Either way, I hope there's something in here for you. Thank you for listening. OCD

OCD is probably one of the most misunderstood anxiety issues and because of that, it can feel very difficult to face. However, like any other issue: once you understand it, it becomes a little clearer and that bit easier to see a way through. That's my intention in this episode: to share an overview of what it is, how it works, what might bring it about and what we can do about it. Thank you for listening.
