Winging It in Buffalo!

Spotlighting some of Buffalo, NY famous wing places! Every restaurant has it's own receipe for chicken wings, some saucy some dry rub but all usually delicious! What started as a simple hot, medium or mild options (Like when I owned a restaurant in the 80's) is not like that any longer, its "check out our 25 varieties of sauces"!The chicken wing has come a long way since 1964! Around the country people call the Buffalo Wings or Buffalo sauce or Chicken Wings but in Buffalo we just call them...WINGS!So enjoy our podcast about "Wings" as we write this from Buffalo and the restaurants we insure in Buffalo.
