S3 E1 - Destroy what is Destroying you

There are certain things in your life that are destroying you. Through this episode, I hope that you are able to think and reflect on what is it, that if you take out from your life today, will improve the quality of your relationships, your mental health and your life. In Season 3 we are talking about all the ways we can allow ourselves to be sculpted into the person we were meant to be - through our circumstances, through the people around us and most importantly through our choices. Higher Ground is that stable, secure place that allows us to bypass all the chaos of life that threatens to pull us into its quicksand and empowers us to operate in love, with joy and peace and work our way towards enlightenment and eventually transcendence. Higher Ground is THE place we want to be operating from but that requires a choice and an effort on our part. In today’s episode I share my own journey to that higher ground in the hopes that today you too will make that choice to step up and step higher.
