5 Pt. 1: Female Sexuality

In Part 1 of this special 2-part episode, the three of us discuss the importance of embracing our feminine sexuality and learning to express ourselves without fear of embarrassment, shame or judgment. We recognize that while all of us have had similarly brief experiences learning about safe sex and menstruation during adolescence, we agreed that there was an obvious societal void in education on female sexuality as a whole. This lack of education creates widespread confusion and individual uncertainty.  Questions we wish we had answers to at younger ages: Is female masturbation normal? What is a female orgasm? How can we experience deep pleasure on our own without a partner?  Together we can start shifting our mindsets on this topic and become more comfortable with our own sexuality. Let’s create a society that is more open and proactive with educating girls at younger ages.

4: Toxic Relationships With Ourselves & With Others

Toxicity is unique and extends to not only our relationships with ourselves and others, but also how we engage with our environment. In this week’s episode, we share our own experiences with toxicity and how difficult it can be to notice toxic traits when you’re in the midst of chaos. It’s much easier to recognize these unhealthy patterns from a distance, but if we can become more aware in the present, then we can work towards strengthening our relationships.
