Day Trading Meditations. The meditations posted here help me get into a good mindset before my trading day. My goal in recording this content was (selfishly) to improve my own trading psychology. Hopefully, it may others as well! About me: Trading since 2021, I currently trade S&P futures as a funded trader with Topstep.
