In this practice, you’ll ground your body, quiet external overwhelm, and reconnect with a peace that is always within reach. We’ll reflect on the belief that peace begins within and moves outward—that becoming peace is one way we contribute to a more peaceful world. You’ll also be guided through gratitude to help you notice what is still good, still steady, still yours. Affirmations are included throughout, such as: “I am at peace,” “Peace begins with me,” and “I release what I cannot control.” Come as you are—tired, tender, anxious, or hopeful. Leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to the bigger picture… with your center still intact.
