Depression and Anxiety are two common mental illnesses our generation suffer from. It is also two mental illnesses that are commonly misunderstood and incorrectly represented in society. In this episode I am joined by someone who has Depression and Anxiety, Yulia. She is going to share her experience having Depression and Anxiety and how she copes. It is important that we share our stories in a safe and comfortable environment.
