My name is Sen. I recently enhanced my spiritual journey through shadow work and gratitude prompts. In this season, 30 days and 30 Days Nights, I’ll share 10 pieces of my journey with you to encourage those who are holding back or are too nervous to go through this same process. 30 Days and 30 Nights represents the amounts of days and prompts I reflected on in order to understand and grow to love my darkness and to allow my higher self to thrive in a new light.
