I feel like I've been in a thinking mood lately. I've been trying to take myself off social media a bit more so I can be in the present and since then I've had quite a few thoughts about life. Questions for when I'm Anxious

Over the past few years I've gotten really good at identifying my triggers: Feeling anxious in relationships, Financials, Imposter Syndrome and being in a sensory over-loaded environment. I decided to write out four questions I can come back to when I start to feel myself going into fight or flight mode with my goal being to ground myself.
