I've been re reading books I loved as a kid, recently. Maybe it's to tap into my inner child. or to relive the glory days of being 6. Or the books are just good. That's always a possibility. I'm enjoying re reading these stories I either half-remember or don't recall at all. A few I remember differently. Currently, I've hit the 1960s/70s Dr. Who Novelisations streak, books that were old even when I was a child, and I am having the most lovely time going back into these. Novelisations of nostalgia. Nostalgisation. Today's tunes come from that place. My dog and I wear bells when we walk, because the coyotes respect the bells, and avoid us. Coyotes don't enjoy the peals and tones. But they know that we do, so they let us well alone.
