Resourcing: What, How, & Why!

Within mental health frameworks, we have symptoms. These symptoms oftentimes come with corresponding coping mechanisms that lead to a reduction in the symptom. Resourcing is like that, but introduces a solution from a higher perspective, with the potential of true decompression. Not only does resourcing allow for decompression, but also the possibility of trust, reliance, and future guidance through similarly stressful events.
