Meg Pagani
is an Italian entrepreneur and Founder Impacton, a tech for good startup that analyses and spreads proven impact projects for communities to adopt and reimplement, anywhere needed.
Meg grew up in Italy, where she studied Fine Art in Milan while developing a career as a professional volleyball player. In 2011 she started working at the crossroads of technology, sustainable development and impact investing, setting up and leading impact-driven initiatives between Europe, Latin America, the US, and now Portugal. She's currently developing several initiatives around behavioural psychology, ancient cultures and the narratives of social change.
Meg has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Forbes Europe’s 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs in 2018 and being a World Economic Forum Global Shapers since 2016.

Rodney Agnant
Rodney Agnant is a leadership coach and workshop facilitator based in New York State. He is a StartingBloc Fellow, a fellowship focused on cultivating leaders looking to shift paradigms in social justice and social innovation. He has trained under the Co-Active Training Institute as a coach, and currently works at Colgate University’s Chapel House as the Assistant Director of Programming & Lead Facilitator. His portfolio of workshops he leads at Colgate include two wellness courses entitled Design Your Own Life, and How Gamechangers Listen.
