What's Coming Next: Healing, Empowerment, and the Journey Forward

Hello beautiful souls, and welcome back to the Intentionally B U Podcast. If this is your first time here, welcome — I'm so glad you found your way to this space. And if you've been walking with me on this journey for a while now, thank you for continuing to show up, listen, and grow with me. This podcast has always been about one thing: creating intentional space for healing, truth, and becoming who you were created to be. Today's episode is special because I want to share what's ahead — not just for the podcast, but for the community that's growing around it. WHY THIS NEXT SEASON MATTERS (Minute 1–3) As we prepare to move into January, I felt it was important to pause and speak directly to you — the listener who may be standing at a crossroads. Maybe you're tired. Maybe you've been carrying things in silence. Maybe you've done everything you know how to do… and you're ready for something different. This next season isn't about perfection. It's about permission — permission to heal, to grow, and to say yes to yourself without guilt. That's why the upcoming January podcast series is so important. In January, we're launching a new empowerment and healing series that will focus on: * Letting go of survival mode * Rebuilding confidence and self-trust * Healing from emotional wounds — quietly or loudly * Learning how to choose yourself again * Walking forward intentionally, even when fear is present These conversations will be honest. They'll be real. And they'll meet you right where you are — whether you're just starting your healing journey or you've been walking it for years. You don't need to have it all figured out to be here. You just need to be willing to listen. Alongside the podcast series, I'm also preparing to launch something very close to my heart — theEmpowerment Circle. This will be a safe, supportive space for women who are ready to grow, heal, and connect with others who understand the journey. The Empowerment Circle is for women who: * Feel called to more but aren't sure how to get there * Are tired of doing life alone * Want accountability, encouragement, and sisterhood * Are ready to heal from the inside out This isn't about judgment. This is about community, strength, and support. You'll hear more details soon, but I wanted you to know — this space is being created with you in mind. I also want to briefly share a vision that's still unfolding — the future Her Haven Transitional Housing initiative. Her Haven is more than housing. It's a place of safety, healing, and restoration for women who need support as they rebuild their lives. This vision was born out of understanding how powerful it is when a woman has: * A safe place * A supportive community * Emotional and empowerment resources * And the space to heal without pressure While this is a future venture, it's deeply connected to everything we're doing now — because healing doesn't start when housing is provided. Healing starts with hope, voice, and community. As we move into this next season, I invite you to stay connected. Follow the podcast on social media so you don't miss: * Updates on the January series * Empowerment Circle announcements * Behind-the-scenes encouragement and inspiration 👉 Follow @intentionally.bu.podcast on Facebook and Instagram And if today's episode spoke to you, share it with someone who needs to hear that healing is possible and they are not alone. Thank you for being here. Thank you for choosing yourself. And remember — you don't have to rush the process. Just keep moving forward, intentionally. Until next time… be intentional, be courageous, and most of all — be you.
