How to be single from a person who has barely been single

Hi everyone, welcome back! This week I wanted it to just be us, one on one, as I discuss the dynamics of romantic relationships in this day and age and how to navigate them, and yenno... also HOW TO BE SINGLE. Learning how to love yourself and prioritize yourself can be a super hard lesson to learn, and sometimes it's easier to distract ourselves with lust and situationships versus actually learning how to be content as a single person. We often get way too obsessed with an idea of someone we like, or having a significant other in general, when really we need to normalize doing whatever is benefiting YOU the most. Which often times, as a young person, being single is the way to go. It's hard to know who YOU are and what your values are if you are intertwined in another person's identity. Let's talk about it all on this weeks episode :)

HU culture. The truth.

In this week's episode, I'd like to talk about a common subject that we can all relate to on some level. Whether your experience with hook-up culture is a list of two or a list of two hundred, (well first, I don't care, good for you either way), but I'm not arguing for or against the social schema, but rather sharing my (maybe popular?) opinion on HU culture and all it entails. Outgrowing people is normal and necessary

Hi everyone! Welcome back to Off Topic where this week's topic of interest is how it can be necessary to cut certain people out of our lives so that we can grow and explore who we are without others' negativity or bias. I have several interesting takes on how or why we may outgrow people in our lives and even what signs of outgrowth can be. The bottom line is you should only go where your energy is reciprocated or at least valued and respected. We are all so different so no two humans should have the same growth timeline or be expected to see eye to eye at all times. The bottom line is life is too short and we should only spend our time around those who make us feel accepted and important. Thank you sooooooo much for listening:)
