Why your circle shrinks when you awaken

There’s a part of healing no one really prepares you for. The quiet shift where your world starts to change and you don’t even realise it’s you. You’re still the same person. Still human. Still soft. Still someone who feels deeply. But suddenly people comment that you’ve changed. People fall away. Invitations stop. You notice the distance, but not the moment it began. This episode dives into the transition of healing that no one talks about. The part where your growth wasn’t meant to trigger anyone, but it does. Where you start choosing rooms differently and surrounding yourself with people who speak highly of you, even when you’re not there. Your boundaries get tighter. You stop people pleasing. Not everyone will like you when you’re happy, aligned, and no longer available in the ways you used to be. This is the in between. The becoming.
