I am a big fan of doing things from scratch with fresh ingredients. Today we look at coleslaw and either making it from scratch or embellishing a store bought version and making it your own - delicious.

In the Kitchen - Potato based Quiche

Join me while I make a delicious, if a little complicated, quiche with a difference. It is a versatile dish that lasts in the fridge for snacking on either hot or cold. Yum! 3 medium potatoes, 7 eggs, 1x courgette, 2x sweet potato, feta cheese.

Kitchen DIY - Bean dips

Today it's bean dip! Totally easy, I don't know why everyone isn't doing it.

In the Kitchen - Pasta sauce with feta cheese

Listen in while I roast some cherry tomatoes and feta cheese to make a delicious pasta sauce. 4x punnets cherry toms, 1.5x packs feta, 2x onion (preferably red but I used white), stock & herbs.
