Mental Health Struggles are Real

In this Episode I give a breakdown on how far back some people mental health problems might go, also a small glimpse of how mental health might start for different people at different stages in life and a plea for everyone to understand that there is help.

On my all new Episode we will touch on Mental Health in the household, of course this will be a 2 part Episode because we will dig deep into warning signs to look for and ways to get help for our love ones even if it's our selves. Part 2 will cover how to communicate with your family about what's going on and how they can help you are that family member going through the crisis.
