And one of the biggest reminders from today was this: ✨ Action often CREATES motivation. Not the other way around. Sometimes the energy comes AFTER: ✔️ the call ✔️ the workout ✔️ the follow-up ✔️ the video ✔️ the first step ✔️ simply getting back into motion We also talked about gratitude — and how gratitude works the same way. You do not have to wait until you FEEL grateful to express gratitude. Sometimes gratitude is a discipline. A perspective. A daily practice. You appreciate what’s good anyway. In real estate, most agents believe trust is built on big moments: the perfect listing presentation, the smooth closing, the five-star review.  But the truth is, trust is built in the small ones. The follow-up you said you'd make. The update you sent even when you didn't have an answer yet. The Saturday morning you actually showed up for.
