Beskrivelse

James Dallamangus, one of Australia's most wanted fugitives, has been arrested in Greece after nearly three decades on the run. He allegedly murdered George Giannopoulos at a restaurant in southwest Sydney in 1999 before fleeing to Greece via Lord Howe Island, where he lived under a false identity on a farm. New South Wales police, working with the Australian Federal Police and Interpol, provided intelligence that led to his arrest, and authorities are now working to extradite him to Australia to face justice. episode King Charles exports Scottish estate model to Australia cover

King Charles exports Scottish estate model to Australia

King Charles's Foundation has transformed Dumfries House, an 18th century Scottish estate, from a decaying property into a thriving centre for heritage conservation and artisanal skills training. The restoration, funded by approximately $100 million, preserved the home's rare collection of Thomas Chippendale furniture and created educational programmes teaching traditional crafts to thousands of students annually. The Foundation is now replicating this model at Hillview Estate in New South Wales's Southern Highlands, a former vice-regal residence purchased in 2024 to preserve Australian heritage and teach endangered traditional skills.
