As the 17th chapter, Border War, makes its debut on Kickstarter, Hector takes us behind the scenes of this latest installment, sharing insights into the creative process, the journey of crowdfunding, and what fans can expect from the next chapter in this action-packed saga. In addition to his work on El Peso Hero, Hector is a passionate advocate for Latinx creators and has been instrumental in initiatives like CHISPA, an imprint of AMP Comics, that elevates Latinx voices in the comic book industry. He’s also the co-founder of Texas Latino Comic Con, an event that celebrates and supports Latinx creators, providing them a platform in the larger comic book world.
