Dr. Lisa has a lifetime of experience in terms of leadership, entrepreneurship and community relations. I’ll discuss the fundamentals of friendship and how to be a great friend.  This episode is dedicated in loving memory of one of my best friends, Bobbylou Edna Kelley - 10/29/1949 - 1/15/2022. She was definitely a Lydia, a Proverbs 31 and Titus 2 woman. She was someone who emulated the Godly characteristics of true friendship and sisterhood. May my beautiful friend and sister continue to rest in heaven.

The path to spiritual and professional maturity can yield massive rewards externally and internally. Whenever we start a new year, new expectations, goals and objectives are established. This episode of The Lydia Leader Project will focus on the glow up - what it means and why one will need to grow up to fully experience it. I’ll give some practical tips on how to fully experience your own glow up. This can be an amazing year if we are willing to put in the work necessary to grow, glow and blow up.
