This weeks episode is a little bit different. I have decided to base this episode around mental health awareness. I feel by talking openly about my struggles with mental health issues, hopefully I can encourage other people to open up if they are struggling. I actually made a youtube video about my mental health issues a year or two ago and I had some amazing messages from people telling me that after watching, they had felt similar to how I had been feeling and decided to get help. This made me feel like opening up on a personal level was well worth it because people had benefitted from it. I have been open and honest in this episode, I really hope that if one person listens and decides to get some help or if somebody listens and then makes an effort to look out for people they know that may need help, I will have achieved my aim.
