Decolonization Mini-Episode

Chris and Kate talk about their upcoming virtual tour of ancient Egypt--through Assassin's Creed: Origins. They will join Gemma Renshaw (Southampton) and take another virtual tour through ancient Egypt, c. 48 BC. This time it is a visual and audio tour of Alexandria and the Giza plateau. Join Chris and Kate as we wander in the rich Theban necropolis. This is a longer episode, but can be split into two. We start talking about the Valley of the Kings at 1:03. 4. Luxor East

Chris and Kate talk about coming into Luxor from the river. There were and are sites on the East side of the Nile that travelers could see relatively easily. They stayed in hotels and met with friends and colleagues. Come join us!
