Misunderstood?

The things people make up in their head never ceases to amaze me. My ego wants to address these things still, but my logic and history shows it's these comments that only lead to more misunderstanding. Some do want to discuss things, most just want to be right. Learn to spot the difference and talk through things with those that want to find common ground.

Beginnings and endings

A rough sleep doesn't need to be the end of your day before it even starts. If you just focus on the things that are going good instead of the thing you can't change, then better things happen throughout the day.

In over my head

Well, it's not that it's too difficult. It's just taking way longer than I thought 🤦‍♂️🤣

Bad beginnings...

Just because it didn't go well or starts poorly, doesn't mean it will always end that way. You can learn, grow, and train to work out of those bad beginnings and develop the skill of resilience to overcome obstacles and challenges. It's a choice.

Calm in the storm

Weathering a storm is simply finding the calm in the chaos. Stay focused on the parts you control and don't get held up on the smallest of details.
